Free, insured, on every order
Shipping is free on all orders, and every piece leaves fully insured for its full value — signature required, tracked door to door. Nothing is left on a doorstep.
Express delivery
Two-day express shipping is available on every order.
Timing
- Ready to Gift — ships in 1 to 2 business days
- Everything else in the collection — 7 to 10 days
- Custom and bespoke — 10 to 25 days, depending on the piece
- Transit — 2 business days with express, once shipped
Layaway pieces ship once the balance is paid in full.

I will do what I can to make it happen. Let me know the date and I'll take care of the rest.
If it's a rush, tell me and we'll talk it through so we can arrange something that works. The earlier I know, the more I can usually do.
Miami pickup
Local? Collect from my showroom by appointment instead. It's also the nicest way to receive a piece — I'd rather hand you the box than post it.
Discreet delivery
Planning a surprise? Say so when you order. I'll use unbranded packaging, coordinate timing around you, and won't send anything that gives it away.

Our Promise
We want you to feel completely confident shopping with The Diamond Gal.
If something is not right with an eligible purchase, reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the available return or exchange options.
Return Eligibility
Eligible pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original documentation included.
Items that have already been exchanged, upgraded, altered, or resized after delivery are not eligible for an additional return.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
Custom, bespoke, personalized, and special order pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible custom pieces may still be returned for store credit or exchanged within the applicable return window.
If you have any concerns with your piece, please reach out so we can review the available options with you.
Resizing
Your first resize is complimentary on eligible rings when the design allows for resizing.
Certain styles, including full eternity bands and more detailed settings, may have limited resizing options or require additional diamonds, gemstones, or metal.
If a design has sizing limitations, we will let you know before production whenever applicable.
How to Start a Return
Please contact The Diamond Gal before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and provide the correct shipping instructions.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
A $65 return fee will be deducted from your refund or applicable store credit to cover the insured return label and shipping.
Returns must be packaged securely and shipped using the label provided.
Once your return is received, the piece will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements before a refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.
Layaway & Financing
Layaway and financed orders are non refundable.
Deposits and payments made toward layaway orders are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
If a layaway is cancelled, the amount paid is available as store credit rather than a refund.
