Working together

How is a private jeweler different from a store?

There's no showroom floor and no sales team. You talk to me. I source your stone directly from cutters and dealers, and design the piece around what you actually want. The person who answers your first message is the person who hands you the finished ring.

Can we work together if I'm not in Miami?

Yes. My showroom is in Miami and I see clients there by appointment, but I work with people all over the US by video. Most of my out-of-state clients never meet me in person and it works exactly as well — you'll see photos and renders at every stage.

What if I don't know what I want?

That's normal, and it's genuinely my job rather than yours. Send a screenshot you've saved, or just describe her. The enquiry form has an entire section you're welcome to skip.

Timing and cost

How long does a custom piece take?

Bespoke, built from scratch — 6 to 10 weeks
A classic silhouette made to your stone — 3 to 5 weeks

I need it for a specific date. Can you do it?

Tell me the date before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable. If it's tight there's often more I can do than you'd expect, but only if I know early. Don't wait until the week before.

What does it cost?

It depends almost entirely on the stone. The setting is a smaller part of the total than most people expect — the diamond is the number that moves. Tell me your range and I'll show you what's realistic within it. I'd rather find you the best stone at your number than talk you into a bigger one.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. My in-house layaway takes a 10% deposit to begin manufacturing, then $100 a month minimum, with up to 24 months to pay in full. No interest, no credit check. Full details on the layaway page.

Stones

Do you work with natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Both, plus colored gemstones. Neither is the "right" answer — it depends what matters to you. I'll walk you through the trade-off honestly rather than steering you toward one. There's a full comparison on the blog.

Are your diamonds certified?

Engagement rings and diamond studs come with a GIA or IGI certificate as standard. Other pieces — tennis bracelets, necklaces, fashion rings — aren't certified by default, because certifying smaller melee stones adds cost without adding much. If you want any piece certified, ask and I'll arrange it.

Can I use a stone I already own, or a family piece?

Yes, and it's some of my favourite work. Send me photos and any paperwork you have. If it's an heirloom I'll tell you honestly whether it's better reset or left alone.

Sizing, shipping and after

What if I don't know her ring size?

Several ways to find out without spoiling anything — there's a full guide here. And your first resize is complimentary, so getting it slightly wrong isn't a problem.

How much is shipping?

Free on every order, fully insured, signature required. Two-day express is available.

Can I return something?

In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original condition. Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and eligible for exchange or store credit only — which is exactly why you approve a detailed render before anything is cut. Full terms on shipping & returns.
