I’m Hannah, founder of The Diamond Gal, and jewelry has been part of my world for as long as I can remember.

Both of my grandfathers were jewelers, one on each side of my family. I grew up around diamonds, conversations about craftsmanship, and the kind of attention to detail that comes from truly knowing the trade.

After working in the jewelry industry for years, I kept noticing the same thing.

People would come in looking for something incredibly personal. An engagement ring. An anniversary gift. A piece to celebrate a milestone. Something they had imagined for months, sometimes years.

And too often, the experience felt like simply being shown a tray and asked to choose.

The Diamond Gal was created to make buying fine jewelry feel personal again. To give you someone you can actually talk to, ask questions, send inspiration to, and trust to guide you through every decision without making the process feel overwhelming.

For more than five years, I worked across both sales and manufacturing.

I’ve helped clients choose diamonds and design pieces, but I’ve also been behind the scenes watching jewelry move through production, from stone selection and design to casting, setting, finishing, and the final piece that goes into the box.

That experience changed the way I work with clients.

I care about what you see, but I also care deeply about everything you don’t see. The quality of the stone. The proportions. The setting. The craftsmanship. The small decisions that determine whether a piece is simply beautiful or something you’ll still love decades from now.

I also spent those years working alongside my brother, who has been in the industry longer than I have and remains one of the first people I turn to for a second opinion.

He taught me something just as important as diamonds and craftsmanship: how to truly care for every client, listen to what they need, and make sure they feel looked after throughout the process.

That has stayed at the center of everything I do.

There is no one right diamond, one right budget, or one right way to create a piece.

I work with natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, and colored gemstones, and my role is never to push you toward one option. It is to help you understand what you are buying, find what makes sense for you, and create something that feels completely your own.

Whether we are designing an engagement ring from the beginning, recreating something you have saved for years, or finding the perfect everyday piece, the process starts with you.

Then we create the jewelry around that.

Every stone is thoughtfully selected, and our pieces are manufactured in Los Angeles by skilled jewelers who work to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Keeping our manufacturing here in the USA allows us to stay closely involved in every detail, from the setting and proportions to the finishing and final polish.

Because when a piece is meant to be worn for years and eventually passed down, the way it is made matters.

My office is based in Miami, with private appointments available, while our jewelry is manufactured in Los Angeles.

I work closely between both, while serving clients virtually across the country. Even if you’re right here in Miami, you never need to come into an office to have a personal experience.

I’ve built the process so we can understand exactly what you’re looking for virtually. You can send inspiration, compare stones and options, ask every question, review your design, and be involved throughout the entire process from wherever you are.

Whether we connect in person or virtually, my goal is the same: for you to feel understood, informed, and completely comfortable with what we are creating together.
