Lifetime Warranty
Every piece from The Diamond Gal is backed by a lifetime manufacturing warranty.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If a manufacturing related issue comes up, we will review the piece and take care of any covered repair.
What’s Covered
Your lifetime warranty includes:
- Prong tightening
- Clasp adjustments
- Loose stone tightening
- Stones under 0.05 ct are covered and will be replaced when needed
- One complimentary ring resize, when the design allows
Please note that full eternity bands are not eligible for complimentary resizing.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or normal wear that happens over time.
Routine services such as cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating, and maintenance related to everyday wear are also not included.
Repairs
If your jewelry needs attention, reach out before sending it in.
We will review the issue and let you know whether it is covered under your lifetime warranty or whether a repair charge applies.
If there is a cost, you will always be informed before any work begins.
Shipping
Shipping costs for warranty services, repairs, and resizing are not included.
Please contact us before sending your jewelry so we can provide the correct instructions.
