We stand behind every piece we create — which is why The Diamond Gal offers a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something isn't right due to the original craftsmanship of your piece, we will personally review it and make sure it's brought back to perfect condition.
Warranty Coverage
Your lifetime warranty includes the following services:
- Prong tightening
- Clasp adjustments
- Ring resizing within 14 days of delivery (excludes eternity bands)
- Loose stone tightening (excluding replacement of stones larger than 0.05 ct.)
Please note: Shipping costs are not included with warranty services. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear that occurs over time through regular use.
